\u00e0\u00a0<strong>Montigny-le-Bretonneux dans les Yvelines (78), au c\u0153ur de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines<\/strong>, est un centre de radiologie et d'imagerie m\u00e9dicale disposant d'un\u00a0<strong>plateau technique de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le centre r\u00e9unit\u00a0<strong>6 m\u00e9decins radiologues sp\u00e9cialistes<\/strong>\u00a0et permet de r\u00e9aliser sur un m\u00eame site des examens d'<strong>IRM, scanner, mammographie 3D avec tomosynth\u00e8se, \u00e9chographie, radiographie et ost\u00e9odensitom\u00e9trie<\/strong>, ainsi que plusieurs actes de radiologie interventionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale d\u00e9veloppe des expertises sp\u00e9cifiques en :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>imagerie de la m\u00e9dicale complet<\/h2>\n<p>Le plateau technique du Centre m\u00e9dical de l'Olivier est r\u00e9parti sur deux \u00e9tages et comprend :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2 IRM 1,5 Tesla<\/strong>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 scanner de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration<\/strong>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 mammographe num\u00e9rique avec tomosynth\u00e8se \u2013 mammographie 3D<\/strong>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>2 salles de radiologie<\/strong>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>4 postes d'\u00e9chographie<\/strong>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 appareil d'ost\u00e9odensitom\u00e9trie<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette organisation permet de r\u00e9aliser aussi bien des examens d'imagerie courante que des explorations sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es et certains gestes de radiologie interventionnelle.<\/p>\n<h2>Une \u00e9quipe de radiologues sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>L'activit\u00e9 du Centre m\u00e9dical de l'Olivier repose sur une \u00e9quipe de radiologues disposant de domaines d'expertise compl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<h3>Dr Daniel Hassine \u2014 imagerie ost\u00e9o-articulaire<\/h3>\n<p>Le\u00a0<strong>Dr Daniel Hassine<\/strong>\u00a0est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en imagerie ost\u00e9o-articulaire, notamment dans l'exploration des pathologies articulaires, musculaires, tendineuses et rachidiennes ainsi que dans les gestes de radiologie interventionnelle.<\/p>\n<h3>Dr Adel Kalai \u2014 imagerie ORL et neurologique<\/h3>\n<p>Le\u00a0<strong>Dr Adel Kalai<\/strong>\u00a0est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en imagerie ORL, c\u00e9r\u00e9brale et neurologique.<br \/>\nAncien praticien hospitalier \u00e0 l'<strong>H\u00f4pital Europ\u00e9en Georges-Pompidou \u00e0 Paris<\/strong>, il prend notamment en charge l'imagerie des pathologies ORL, neurologiques, vasculaires et tumorales.<\/p>\n<h3>Dr Nassim Lami \u2014 imagerie urologique, digestive et cardio-vasculaire<\/h3>\n<p>Le\u00a0<strong>Dr Nassim Lami<\/strong>\u00a0est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en imagerie urologique, abdominale et digestive, ainsi qu'en imagerie cardio-vasculaire.<br \/>\nIl dispose notamment d'une expertise dans l'<strong>IRM de la prostate, les biopsies prostatiques cibl\u00e9es et l'imagerie cardiaque<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Dr Selma Beldjord \u2014 imagerie de la femme, endom\u00e9triose et s\u00e9nologie<\/h3>\n<p>Le\u00a0<strong>Dr Selma Beldjord<\/strong>\u00a0est radiologue sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en\u00a0<strong>imagerie de la femme, endom\u00e9triose, pathologies gyn\u00e9cologiques et s\u00e9nologie<\/strong>.<br \/>\nMembre de la\u00a0<strong>SIFEM \u2013 Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Fran\u00e7aise d'Imagerie de la Femme<\/strong>, elle est ancienne interne et chef de clinique \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital Tenon, charg\u00e9e d'enseignement universitaire et attach\u00e9e \u00e0 l'<strong>H\u00f4pital Am\u00e9ricain de Paris<\/strong>.<br \/>\nElle est responsable du p\u00f4le d'<strong>imagerie de la femme du Centre m\u00e9dical de l'Olivier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h1>Centre sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l'IRM et l'\u00e9chographie de l'endom\u00e9triose<\/h1>\n<p>Le Centre m\u00e9dical de l'Olivier dispose d'une expertise sp\u00e9cifique dans le\u00a0<strong>diagnostic et le bilan d'extension de l'endom\u00e9triose<\/strong>, notamment des formes complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Le centre prend \u00e9galement en charge l'exploration des\u00a0<strong>douleurs pelviennes, pathologies gyn\u00e9cologiques et cancers gyn\u00e9cologiques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le\u00a0<strong>Dr Selma Beldjord<\/strong>\u00a0est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l'<strong>\u00e9chographie pelvienne endovaginale et l'IRM de l'endom\u00e9triose<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ces examens permettent notamment de rechercher et de cartographier les diff\u00e9rentes localisations de l'endom\u00e9triose<\/p>\n<p>Le bilan radiologique peut intervenir dans le cadre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d'une suspicion d'endom\u00e9triose ;<\/li>\n<li>de douleurs pelviennes chroniques ;<\/li>\n<li>d'une endom\u00e9triose d\u00e9j\u00e0 diagnostiqu\u00e9e ;<\/li>\n<li>d'un bilan de fertilit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>d'une \u00e9valuation pr\u00e9op\u00e9ratoire ;<\/li>\n<li>d'une suspicion de r\u00e9cidive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Dr Beldjord participe aux\u00a0<strong>r\u00e9unions de concertation pluridiscinaire (RCP) consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 l'endom\u00e9triose et \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0dans les Yvelines, en Eure-et-Loir et \u00e0 l'H\u00f4pital Am\u00e9ricain de Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est \u00e9galement\u00a0<strong>radiologue r\u00e9f\u00e9rente du r\u00e9seau endom\u00e9triose des Yvelines VOYELLE<\/strong>\u00a0et r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9e au sein du r\u00e9seau\u00a0<strong>RESENDO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h1>Centre de s\u00e9nologie et mammographie 3D<\/h1>\n<p>Le Centre m\u00e9dical de l'Olivier dispose d'un\u00a0<strong>mammographe num\u00e9rique de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration avec tomosynth\u00e8se<\/strong>, permettant la r\u00e9alisation de\u00a0<strong>mammographies 3D<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La tomosynth\u00e8se permet d'obtenir plusieurs images du sein en coupes afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'analyse du tissu mammaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le centre assure le\u00a0<strong>d\u00e9pistage et le diagnostic des pathologies mammaires<\/strong>, ainsi que la prise en charge des situations n\u00e9cessitant une expertise s\u00e9nologique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le\u00a0<strong>Dr Selma Beldjord<\/strong>, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en imagerie de la femme et en s\u00e9nologie, r\u00e9alise notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mammographie num\u00e9rique ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>mammographie 3D avec tomosynth\u00e8se<\/strong>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9chographie mammaire ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>IRM mammaire<\/strong>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>bilan de pathologies mammaires complexes ;<\/li>\n<li>surveillance des patientes \u00e0 risque ;<\/li>\n<li>microbiopsies mammaires sous \u00e9chographie ;<\/li>\n<li>macrobiopsies mammaires sous \u00e9chographie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le centre collabore avec diff\u00e9rents\u00a0<strong>centres r\u00e9f\u00e9rents en s\u00e9nologie et en canc\u00e9rologie mammaire<\/strong>\u00a0afin d'assurer, lorsque cela est n\u00e9cessaire, la continuit\u00e9 du parcours diagnostique et th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/p>\n<h1>IRM prostatique et biopsies de prostate<\/h1>\n<p>Le Centre m\u00e9dical de l'Olivier dispose \u00e9galement d'une expertise sp\u00e9cifique dans le\u00a0<strong>diagnostic du cancer de la prostate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le\u00a0<strong>Dr Nassim Lami<\/strong>\u00a0r\u00e9alise des\u00a0<strong>IRM multiparam\u00e9triques de la prostate<\/strong>, utilis\u00e9es notamment pour identifier et caract\u00e9riser les l\u00e9sions prostatiques suspectes.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque cela est indiqu\u00e9, le centre peut r\u00e9aliser des\u00a0<strong>biopsies prostatiques cibl\u00e9es avec fusion d'images IRM-\u00e9chographie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La fusion d'images permet de mettre en correspondance les anomalies rep\u00e9r\u00e9es sur l'IRM avec les images \u00e9chographiques utilis\u00e9es au moment de la biopsie afin de guider pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements.<\/p>\n<p>Le centre prend ainsi en charge :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>IRM de la prostate<\/strong>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>IRM multiparam\u00e9trique prostatique ;<\/li>\n<li>caract\u00e9risation des l\u00e9sions prostatiques ;<\/li>\n<li>ciblage des zones suspectes ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>biopsies prostatiques avec fusion IRM-\u00e9chographie<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Imagerie ost\u00e9o-articulaire et infiltrations guid\u00e9es<\/h1>\n<p>Le Centre m\u00e9dical de l'Olivier prend en charge les principales pathologies\u00a0<strong>articulaires, musculaires, tendineuses et rachidiennes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Notre \u00e9quipe poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement une exp\u00e9rience importante en\u00a0<strong>radiologie interventionnelle ost\u00e9o-articulaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la localisation et l'indication m\u00e9dicale, diff\u00e9rentes infiltrations au radiologue de visualiser pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la zone \u00e0 traiter et le positionnement de l'aiguille.<\/p>\n<h1>Imagerie ORL et neurologique<\/h1>\n<p>Le\u00a0<strong>Dr Adel Kalai<\/strong>\u00a0est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l'imagerie ORL et neurologique.<\/p>\n<p>Le Centre m\u00e9dical de l'Olivier r\u00e9alise notamment des examens pour l'exploration
